AeroSmart and Qinetiq – a Winning Combination
AeroSmart Technologies Ltd has joined forces with Qinetiq to further improve the ongoing development of its innovative new product, the Smarthandle™.
Qinetiq’s Trim Panel Speaker has been incorporated into the design of the Smarthandle™, to produce a lightweight yet robust standalone unit. Without the standard protective box associated with all other aviation speakers, it is no longer a requirement to install heavy mounting brackets or to cut unsightly mounting holes into panels, which ultimately saves weight, time and costs.
By incorporating Qinetiq’s Trim Panel, the Smarthandle™ is now even more attractive to the customer; both aesthetically and financially,
in terms of reduction of unit cost and engineering installation time.
